By accessing or using DentalPrice AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

DentalPrice AI is a SaaS platform that provides dental pricing calculators, lead qualification tools, and practice management features for dental clinics.

2. Service Description

DentalPrice AI provides:

• Interactive dental pricing calculators (widgets)
• AI-powered lead scoring and qualification
• CRM integrations and notification systems
• Admin dashboard for managing packages and submissions
• Analytics and behavioral tracking

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts & Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without authorization
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use the Service to spam or harass end users

5. Data Collection & Privacy

• Payment information (processed by Stripe, not stored by us)

6. Payment & Credits

Credits System:

• DentalPrice AI uses a prepaid credits system
• Credits are consumed per lead submission (Calculator Widget) or transformation (Smile Widget)
• Payments are processed via Stripe
• Prices are in USD
• Credits do not expire

Auto-Topup:

You may enable automatic credit replenishment. When your balance falls below a threshold, we'll charge your saved payment method. You can disable this feature anytime in your dashboard.

Refunds:

Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at info@dentalprice.ai. Credits already consumed are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by DentalPrice AI and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Your Data: You retain all rights to your clinic data, patient contacts, and content you upload. We claim no ownership over your data.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, DentalPrice AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms, without prior notice.

Upon termination, you'll lose access to the Service. We'll provide a data export upon request within 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you via email of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
